Shipping Policy – Pluvoca

At Pluvoca, every product is made-to-order and shipped via our trusted fulfillment partner, Qikink. Please review the following details about our shipping process:

🚚 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Once your product is printed and packed, it is shipped directly from Qikink’s facility.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

📦 Shipping Time

Delivery Time (India only): 4–7 business days after dispatch

Shipping is available only within India at the moment.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all eligible orders.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package and make the payment at the time of delivery.

Orders with repeated failed COD attempts may be blocked from future COD eligibility.

🚚 Shipping Partners

We work with Qikink, which ships through top logistics providers like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and more, depending on your location and pin code.

❗ Delays & Responsibility

While we aim to deliver all orders promptly, delivery may be delayed due to:

Courier delays

Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

Natural events or public holidays

Pluvoca is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or customer error in address entry.
