3. Products

All our products are made-to-order.

Please double-check your selections (size, color, quantity) before placing an order. Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

We do our best to accurately display product colors, but actual colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings.

4. Payments

We accept payments through secure third-party processors like Shopify Payments, Razorpay, UPI, etc.

We do not store or have access to your payment details.

5. Shipping

Shipping times may vary based on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Pluvoca is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

The only exception is if your product arrives damaged or defective, in which case we may offer a free replacement. (See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.)

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Pluvoca. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pluvoca is not liable for any damages resulting from:
